An electric vehicle start-up informed interested parties and hundreds of newsletter recipients by email about the opportunity to express an interest in shares. Interested parties had to fill in a form asking for their name, address, desired number of shares and declaration of intent. The form data was then transferred to a special mailbox by e-mail for each form.

The response rate far exceeded expectations. There was no automatic processing of the data, so the two 80+ year old parents of two managing directors stepped in without further ado and started typing the data into an MS Excel spreadsheet.

The call from the agency responsible reached us at 10:30 p.m. the following day.

Solution

In order to continue to guarantee the parents a pleasant retirement, we created a tool that automatically analyzes emails that have already arrived and those that will arrive in the following days and automatically transfers the data correctly into the MS Excel spreadsheet.

The MS Excel table intended for further processing contains the data of all interested parties to the minute. But more importantly: the parents can enjoy their lives again.
